Over the past decade, developers have migrated through three major platforms—from Web to App to DApp. Today, a new ultimate goal is emerging: building application systems that can change the physical world.

Against the backdrop of accelerating AI penetration, growing IoT prevalence, and brain-computer interfaces transitioning from experimental to commercial, the MRC Metaverse Robotic project has emerged as the comprehensive system developers have been seeking—a platform that closes the loop between “virtual instructions → real-world actions → value feedback.”

“MRC is the world’s first ‘reality-programmable platform’ based on a five-layer technology protocol stack,” says MRC Technology’s Lead Developer Relations Manager. “Developers can not only write interaction logic at the software level but deeply control physical robot groups, brain-computer interface protocols, holographic projection systems, and distributed data on-chain mechanisms, truly achieving ‘code as reality.'”

This capability enables developers to create applications like high-risk chemistry experiment platforms where users control robots through brain-computer interfaces while blockchain verifies experimental data in real-time, or educational platforms where students remotely interact with historical figures through holographic simulations while generating personalized learning paths on-chain.

MRC provides developers with comprehensive “future tech” capabilities, including hardware-level control interfaces for MRC-HX8 robots with 720° freedom of movement, real-time sensor data access, the NeuralLink neural interaction protocol with <6ms latency and 97.3% motion recognition accuracy, holographic projection engine SDK with 0.1nm spatial reconstruction precision, and on-chain data publishing and governance frameworks.

Since the MRC SDK opened in 2024, over 300 developers have joined the test network, producing pioneering applications including a CRISPR simulation laboratory developed by a Tokyo University doctoral team, an educational metaverse classroom from a European teacher DAO alliance, and an industrial data DAO incubated by a German manufacturing enterprise.

In the MRC system, developers are positioned not merely as “code craftsmen” but as important ecosystem governors and beneficiaries. Code contributions translate directly to economic rights through smart contracts tied to usage and data generation, with developers receiving MRC token incentives proportionally. Those holding over 1,000 MRC can initiate proposals, participating in protocol upgrades, fund usage, and parameter modifications.

MRC is currently at the critical juncture between technological validation and development opportunity: the mainnet deployment and core compliance licenses have been completed, all core function APIs are open, developer registrations have just broken one thousand, and official support includes token subsidies, traffic support, collaboration resources, code auditing, and marketing channels.

“MRC isn’t a game world add-on or a minor VR scene adjustment, but a reconstruction at the physical layer of reality,” explains MRC Technology’s Chief Innovation Officer. “It packages cutting-edge scientific tools—brain-computer interfaces, holographic technology, humanoid robots—as open capabilities, waiting for visionary, passionate developers to build a new future order.”
